Dear Guest,

please read the following information to make your reservation:

The restaurant has a limited seating capacity, so we ask you to please be as precise as possible when indicating the number of diners and your arrival time so that we can ensure your party is correctly accommodated. The experience we offer in the restaurant, combined with our enticing and sophisticated menu, mean that the tasting menu will be served to all guests on tables of six or more, except in the case of food intolerances, allergies, or unless agreed otherwise with the management. Unfortunately, due to countless no-shows, we have had to introduce a reservation procedure which, following confirmation of availability, requires the payment of a deposit. If you have any questions or require more information, we will be pleased to help you. We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant soon.

General information

• Opening times: We are open every day from Tuesday to Sunday, between 19:00 and 22:00. Use the calendar to view available dates.

• Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the date of the reservation. Cancellation or non-arrival on the day of the reservation will lead to the loss of the deposit. To cancel a reservation, please email info@ilgallocedrone.it

• Food intolerances, allergies and special dietary requirements: The kitchen is set up to deal with food intolerances, allergies and special dietary requirements notified in advance. The “from the Dolomites” menu is always available with a vegetarian option to suit your requirements whilst a vegan option can be agreed in advance. The full list of all allergy and intolerance-related products and substances is available on request.

• Waiting list: If there are no tables available on the requested date, you will be added to the waiting list. We will contact you immediately if a table becomes available.

• Gift vouchers: If you have received a gift voucher, you must mention this in the notes section, entering the booking code shown on the voucher. In the event of a no-show, late cancellation or an undisclosed change, the gift voucher is not refundable.

• Dress code: There is no dress code, even informal/casual chic dress is suitable for the Alpine setting of the restaurant.

• Children: When booking, please indicate the number of children in your party, if any, so that we can prepare suitable dishes for them. Given the small size of our dining room, we ask you to please be respectful of other diners.

• Pets: Small animals are welcome, please indicate any pets in the reservation
